In Person Healing
To Include: Discussion of what is going on mentally, physically, or other concerns. What are your main concerns to be worked on?
A massage table is used to lay on, fully clothed. It is recommended when the session on the massage table starts, that you try to relax and not talk too much as this leads to a state of de-stress quicker. Hands are either away from you or lightly touching. No muscle or tissue is manipulated. You may be asked to turn over or gentle hands under your body will be used. Total relaxation is the goal. Energy work can bring up emotions including physical reactions. Tissues are available. I will work on this area of release until it is at a more relaxed state.
Other healing tools like tuning forks and crystals may be used during the session unless any are refused.
When the session is complete, a gentle grounding and water is given.
This session is all about you and your comfort with the goal to de-stress, which is the major component to well-being and your health.

Distance Healing
To be held either on zoom, phone or facetime. The purpose of the face to face is the ability for me to see you and how you are doing during the session. Your choice is a personal one. Discussion of what is going on mentally, physically or other concerns will take place before the session begins to better address your current needs. It is recommended when the session starts that you try to relax and not talk too much as this leads to a state of de-stress quicker. The Universal Life Force Energy has no boundaries, leading to a powerful energy healing. That is why a ½ hour is usually sufficient. The results can be total relaxation. It can also bring up emotions including physical reactions. It’s a good idea to have tissues handy if this happens. You will be worked on in this area of release until it is at a more relaxed state. When the session is complete, a gentle grounding is administered.
This session is all about you and your comfort with the goal to de-stress, which is the major component to well-being and your health.

Sessions for your Pets
In Person Healing for your Pet
This will take place at you and your pet’s home, inside or outside. Your pet can be walking around in a room, an enclosed area outside or behind a gate. With no leash, they can walk around freely. The choice will be discussed and decided before the appointment.
My introduction to the pet: (I’ll be coming into their “space or field”.) Without speaking or looking directly at your pet and with as calm as possible approach I will begin with my hands, palms out, pointing towards them. It is recommended that you not engage the pet during this encounter with talking or touching, as it helps in the calming and relaxation and their freedom to receive this energy for themselves. You are welcome to talk with me in as calm a voice as you can during the session.
The main focus is on their comfort and sense of well-being.
Animals receive energy much quicker and easier than humans, and they will dictate the comfort level and time they welcome this healing. Most move around a lot and then come over to accept light hands-on treatment. Laying down and even sleeping has resulted during treatment.
It may be a few minutes or up to 15 minutes. Some accept and require a longer session. Each is different and each time is different.
$25 for each 15-minute block of time.

Piper has spinal issues which causes her to have weak back legs. She also has breathing challenges. I use the power of Reiki to set her free and let her enjoy life and relax into good health.
