Cancelation Policy:

• Please give at least a 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment. NOTE: if the cancellations happen more than 3 times under the requested 24 hours, there will be a $25 fee applied to the next appointment as the room must be paid for.

• If there is an emergency the day of the appointment, please notify as soon as you can to cancel.

• If you are running late, there is a 15-minute built in cushion for the appointment. If you arrive too late and choose to stay, you will be at the appointment only for the remaining time for the room reserved.
